Biography
Born in 1927 in Paris ( 11th arrondissement ). His parents are Joseph Bansharel, an employee of the Paris metropolitan railway company, and Marie-Louise Berger, a housewife. [one]
He studied at the theological seminary and engineering school, but made the final choice in favor of acting. He was a pupil of the actor and teacher Jean Marsh, studied with Michel Piccoli , Anouk Aime , Jacques Siron and other famous French actors in the future. Roger began his career in the theater in the late 1940s, before starting to play film and television in the 50s.
Best known as the voice of Asterix in nine cartoons about the adventures of brave Gauls: from Asterix from Gaul (1967) to Asterix: Land of the Gods (2014). [2]
