William Chapman ( born William Chapman ; September 21, 1902 - December 2, 1967 ), better known as Billy Champan ( born Billy Chapman ) is an English footballer who played as a right-handed forward .

Football career
Born in Merton, Durham . In May 1924, she became a Sheffield Wensday player [1] , but played only 4 matches for the main team in 1924 [2] . In May 1926 he was sold at Manchester United for 250 pounds. [1] He made his debut at the base of United on August 18, 1926 in the First Division match against Burnley [3] . He played for the club for two seasons, playing a total of 26 matches (all within the framework of the championship) [4] . In June 1928 he was sold to Watford , where he spent the next six seasons, playing a total of 232 matches and scoring 10 goals [5] [6] .
