Samigullin, Venir Kalimullovich

Born November 15, 1947 in the village of Churashevo, Askinsky district, Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic . Parents are rural teachers. Father - Samigullin Kalimulla Samigullovich ^[10] (1919-1996) - an active participant in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. . Mother - Samigullina Zaifa Gainelyanovna (born May 20, 1925).

1955-1963 - study at school. 1990-1995 - Heads the Department of Legislation and Law and Order at the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic ^[12] , being simultaneously the Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the Republican Parliament for Legal Affairs.

1995-2005 Head of the Department of State Law of Bashkir University .

VC. Samigullin is one of the main authors of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of the Bashkir SSR - Bashkortostan on October 11, 1990 . ^[15] He took an active part in improving the republican legislation ^[16] . He was nominated as a judge of the first composition of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation ^[17] .
