Biography
Born in 1907 in the village of Mordovskaya Bokla . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1929.
Since 1929 - on economic, social and political work. In 1929 - 1950 - Head of the Personnel Department of the Mordovia Regional Land Department, Deputy Head of the Political Department of the Machine-Tractor Station, Secretary of the District Committee of the CPSU (B) in the Stalingrad Region operational troika of the Stalingrad Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) and the Executive Committee of the Stalingrad Regional Council at the Don Front, Chairman of the Council of the Minis moat Mordovian ASSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd convocation .
