History
The name of the village gave rise to the legend that the neighboring village of Bratka allegedly first appeared, where several brothers lived. Then they allegedly quarreled, and the two brothers - Konstantin and Makar - separated, founding the village of Kostino-Otdelets and Makarovo. Of course, this legend, but documentary evidence that allows you to firmly talk about how the name came about was not found.
