Biography
Born on June 8, 1902 in Yaroslavl.
1920-1926: a Red Navy officer of the RKKF units, since 1923 - a Red Navy student of the Machine School of the Training Squad, since 1924 - a Red Navy member of the Black Sea Naval Forces. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1926. 1926-1941 - in stock: since 1929 - student of the Communist University in Ivanovo; since 1931 - in teaching; since 1933 - student of the Institute of Red Professors in Moscow; since 1936 - a teacher in educational institutions of Moscow and Yakutia; Since 1939 - 2nd Secretary of the Yakutsk Regional Party Committee.
Member of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. 1941-1945: in October - head of the political department for the protection of the water region; since October 1941 - instructor of the Political Administration of the Fleet; from February 1942 - head of the political department of the Murmansk fortified area; from August 1942 - head of the political department of the coastal defense of the Main Fleet Base; since February 1943 - Deputy Head of the Political Department of the Northern Defensive Region; since November 1943 - head of the political department of the Yokang naval base; from December 1943 - head of the political department of the submarine brigade, from July 1944 - deputy head of the Political Administration of the Northern Fleet.
October - November 1945 - at the disposal of the Main Political Administration of the Navy.
