Biography
Born in 1882 in the Transcaspian region. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1937.
Since 1900 - on economic, social and political work. In 1900 - 1959 - dekhkanin, farm laborer, organizer and permanent chairman of the Bolshevik collective farm in the Bayram-Aliy district of the Turkmen SSR.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of April 5, 1948, he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Medal "Hammer and Sickle" for receiving in 1947 62 centners of raw cotton per hectare on an area of 10 hectares.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th convocations.
