Biography
Born in 1905 at the Iki-Manlan farm. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1921.
Since 1921 - on economic, social and political work. In 1921 - 1943 - a letter clerk, the head of the military department of the Stalin's aimak executive committee, a member of the Stalin's aimak executive committee, the first secretary of the Stalinist committee of the RKSM, the head of the organizing department of the Malo-Derbetovskiy uluskom of the party, the head of the Department of governing party bodies of the Kalmyk regional committee of the CPSU (b), the chairman of the Presidium of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Presidium of the Supreme Council ASSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 1st convocation.
He died in 1953 in the village of Zonalnaya Altai Territory.
