Biography
Born in 1930. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1956.
Since 1955 - on economic, social and political work. In 1955 - 1988 - chief livestock specialist of the state farm, director of the Nishan state breeding factory of the Karshi district of Surkhan-Darya region, 1st secretary of the Baysun district committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, head of the Guzar territorial production collective-farm state farm, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Samarkand village regional council, 1st secretary Kashkadarya Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan, 1st Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Uzbek SSR, Chairman of the Executive Committee Tashkent Regional Council, head of the Department of propaganda and implementation of science, technology and best practices of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Uzbek SSR, research associate of the All-Russian Research Institute of Astrakhan.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 7th convocation.
