Babikov, Ivan Andreevich

In 1905-1908 he was a member of the Kambara organization of the AKP. In May 1917 he headed the Kambara organization of the SSRM. In September 1917 he became a deputy of the Kambara Council. During the years of Soviet rule he was persecuted as a former maximalist. He was arrested on July 31, 1938, and the next year, on April 12, sentenced to three years. Rehabilitated September 28, 1961 ^[2] .

Father Andrei and younger brother Alexander (1907-1918), who were also revolutionaries, were arrested during the Izhevsk-Votkinsk uprising and shot.
