Biography
Personal nobleman . The homeowner of Bugulma and Samara , the landowner of the Bugulma district of the Samara province and the Belebeyevsky district of the Ufa province (about 7,000 acres ).
He received his secondary education at the Samara Gymnasium, and higher education at the medical faculty of Moscow University .
He was a doctor. For many years he was elected the vowel of the Bugulma district and Samara provincial assemblies . Over the years, he consisted of: Honorary Justice of the Bugulma County, director of the county department of the Prisons Guardianship Committee , rival member of the county committee of guardianship of national sobriety, member of the county department of the diocesan school council, as well as honorary trustee of the highest elementary school in Bugulma, trustee of the 2nd City Parish School and Chairman of the St. Nicholas Charity Society in Bugulma. He rose to the rank of court adviser .
He owned a printing house in Samara and a koumiss sanatorium near the Shafranovo station of the Samara-Zlatoust railway. After the proclamation of the October manifesto of 1905, he entered the Union on October 17 , was chairman of the party department in Bugulma.
In 1907 he was elected a member of the III State Duma from the Samara province. He was a member of the Octobrist faction. He was the secretary of the 8th department of the State Duma. Consisted of the chairman of the commission on measures to combat alcoholism (from the 4th session), the secretary of the commission on measures to combat fires (from the 5th session), as well as a member of the commissions on public education and on ways of communication.
Fate after 1917 is unknown. Was married.
