Biography
Born in 1914 in the village of Kushneriniai. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1949.
Since 1933 - on economic, social and political work. In 1933 - 1974 - farmer, Lithuanian communist, arrested by Lithuanian authorities, instructor of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Lithuania, participant of the Great Patriotic War, participant of the battle for Moscow, commander of the Zemite guerrilla unit, first secretary of the Central Committee of Youth of the Lithuanian SSR, deputy minister - head of the police department of the Lithuanian Ministry of Internal Affairs SSR, chairman of a collective farm in the Kelmes district, in the Council of Ministers of the Lithuanian SSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the 3rd convocation.
He died after 1985.
