Biography
Born into a noble family. In 1713 he joined the Jesus Society in Krakow , where he received an elementary educational level. He studied philosophy in Kalisz , theology in Poznan . In 1726 he received priestly ordination . After completing the studios for six years, he taught at the Jesuit colleges in the lower grades. He was in Krasnostava , where he taught mathematics (1730-1732) and in Lublin , where he was a teacher of philosophy and theology (1733-1745). In 1745 he became the rector of the college in Poznan, and in 1752-1755 he performed this duty in Lviv . In 1756 he returned to Lublin, where he was rector with a four-year break (collegium in Yaroslav ). In 1767 he became a provincial of the Lesser Jesuit province. In 1770, he returned to teaching. He was a theoretician of baroque pronunciation, an opponent of Stanislav Konarsky , and at the same time a propagator of natural sciences.
