Bogdan Ostapovich Chervak (born June 29, 1964 , Drohobych , Lviv region , Ukrainian SSR , USSR ) is a Ukrainian public and political figure. Chairman of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists . First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine (since 2015) [1] .

Biography
Bogdan Ostapovich Chervak was born on June 29, 1964 in the city of Drohobych , Lviv region .
From 1984 to 1986 he served in the Soviet Army [2] . From 1986 to 1987 he worked as an electrician in the dietary canteen "Birch" in the city of Truskavets [2] . From 1987 to 1995 he worked in the laboratory as a technician at the Drogobych State Pedagogical Institute [2] . In 1992 he graduated from the Drogobych Pedagogical Institute. Ivan Franko (now Drohobych State Pedagogical University named after Ivan Franko), Department of Ukrainian Language and Literature. From 1992 to 1995 he taught at the Department of Ukrainian Literature in his alma mater.
In 1995 he moved to Kiev. In 1998, he ran for the Verkhovna Rada of the 3rd convocation as a self-nominated [3] . From 1995 to 2001, he served as chairman of the secretariat of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists [2] .
From July to September 2001, he worked as the editor-in-chief of the Ukrainian Word weekly. Since September 2001, he began to work in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine . He worked in the Department of Internal Policy of the Cabinet of Ministers Secretariat and checked the media materials. Since 2002, he went to work at the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Committee of Ukraine.
In 2007, he ran for the Verkhovna Rada of the 6th convocation from the Freedom Party [3] .
May 26, 2012 was elected chairman of the OUN, and May 21, 2016 was re-elected chairman of the OUN [4] .
Family
Wife - Olga Ivanovna (b. 1966) - housekeeper. They have two children - daughter Nadezhda (1989) son Ostap (1984) [5] .
