Biography

Born in 1904 in the village of Pustoshka (now in the Luga district of the Leningrad region) ^[1] . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1927 ^[2] .

Since 1925 - on economic, social and political work. In 1938–1941, he was the first secretary of the Krasnogvardeisky district committee of the CPSU (b), and from April 1941, he was the second secretary of the Adygea regional committee of the CPSU (b) ^[2] .

In 1944 he graduated from the Higher School of Party Organizers under the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) ; in 1944-1947 - first secretary of the regional committee of the CPSU (b) of the Khakass Autonomous Region ^[3] .

Subsequently - the head of the Belgorod Regional Agricultural Administration.

Deputy (from the Khakass Autonomous Region ) of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd convocation (1946-1950) ^[4] .
