Biography
Born October 29, 1952 in a. Snowy Donetsk region.
He graduated from the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Power Stations (1974). He worked in the same place at the Department of Electrical Power Plants: Assistant, Engineer, Junior Researcher of the VAT, in 1989–2008 Associate Professor, since 2008 Professor, since 2011 Head. the chair.
In 1985 he defended his thesis:

1995—2006 - Director of the Center for Rating Tests of Donetsk National Technical University.
