Biography
Born in 1905 in Belozersk. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1929.
Since 1929 - in military service, public and political work. In 1929 - 1950 - in commanding positions in the Leningrad Military District, military commissar of the headquarters and directorates of the Leningrad Military District, Northern and Leningrad Fronts, member of the Military Council of the 54th Army, head of the political department of the Leningrad Front, head of the political department of the High Command of the Far East Troops.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 2nd convocation.
