Biography

Born in 1929 in the village of Apraksino, Bolshe-Boldinsky district. Member of the CPSU (b).

Since 1951 - on economic, social and political work. In 1951 - 1987 :

  • farm livestock specialist, senior livestock specialist, director of the Krasnororlovsky state farm of the Armizon district of the Tyumen region,
  • Head of the state farms department, director of the state farms trust of the regional department of agriculture,
  • Deputy Chairman of the Tyumen Oblast Executive Committee,
  • 1st Deputy Chairman of the Tyumen Oblast Executive Committee,
  • head of the regional department of production and procurement of agricultural products of the regional council of workers' deputies,
  • Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Tyumen Regional Council of Workers' Deputies,
  • Secretary of the Tyumen Regional Party Committee,
  • Chairman of the Tyumen Oblast Executive Committee,
  • Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the USSR
  • Deputy Chairman of the State Agricultural Committee of the USSR.

He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 9th convocation.

He died in August 1987.
