The central part of the settlement is located at an altitude of 237 meters above sea level [1] .

History

Founded in 1888. In 1926, the village Karacharovka consisted of 149 farms, the main population - Russian. The center of the Karacharovsky village council of the Upper-Chebulinsky district of the Tomsk district of the Siberian region [6] .
