Alexei Borisovich Kiselev (born January 11, 1956 ) is a Russian scientist, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences.

Since November 1, 1981, at the scientific and teaching work at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University, Department of Mechanics, Department of Gas and Wave Dynamics.
Doctor of physico-mathematical sciences (1993), in 1997 he was approved as a professor.
Research interests: mathematical modeling of the processes of irreversible dynamic deformation and fracture of solids, the formation and evolution of “space debris”.
The author of 165 articles, 7 books, 23 reports at conferences.
Laureate of the Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR ; awarded with medals to them. M.V. Keldysh, S.P. Korolev and G.A. Tyulin, Russian Federation of Cosmonautics.
