Biography
Nationality is defined as "Little Russia", that is, Ukrainian. Tradesman of the city of Konotop . He graduated from the city college. Worker, mechanic of railway workshops, annual earnings amounted to 400 rubles. Consisted of the Russian Social Democratic Party .
On February 6, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the congress of representatives from the workers. He became a member of the Social Democratic faction and belonged to its Menshevik wing [1] . He did not actively participate in the work of the Duma.
May 5, 1907 was present in the apartment of the deputy I. P. Ozol during a police raid on her. In violation of the law on parliamentary immunity was searched. On December 1, 1907, according to the results of the court in the case of the Social-Democratic faction of the 2nd State Duma, he was exiled to a settlement [2] .
