Biography
Born in 1914 in the village of Sabziharv. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1944.
Since 1934 - on economic, social and political work. In 1934 - 1961 - Primary school teacher in the Tavildarinsky district, first secretary of the Sangvor RK Komsomol of Tajikistan, head of the propaganda and agitation department of the Sangvor RK KP (b) of Tajikistan, first secretary of the Garm OK Komsomol of Tajikistan, first secretary of the Kalai-Lyabi-Ob, Tajikabad district committees, student of the Republican Party School under Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Tajikistan, First Secretary of the Obi-Garm Regional Committee, first secretary of the Garm Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Tajikistan, student of the Higher School of Commerce at the Central Committee of the CPSU in Moscow, first secretary of the Garm RK Communist Party of Tajikistan.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd and 4th convocations.
