Biography
Born in 1909 in the village of Teploklyuchenko. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1924 - on economic, social and political work. In 1924 - 1955 - farm laborer, in the Red Army, assistant commander of a platoon of the cavalry division, commander of a reconnaissance group of machine gunners, a fighter with basmachty, a student of the Central Asian Communist University, head of the cultural department of the Chui district committee of the party, a prosecutor in At-Bashinsky, Talassky, Balykchy regions of the second Kulgiss SS, Kyrgyz Kulssky SS CP (b) of Kyrgyzstan, organizer of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, chairman of the Osh Regional Council of Workers' Deputies, Minister of Cotton Production of the Kyrgyz SSR, Permanent Representative from the Council of Ministers Kyrgyz SSR at the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd and 3rd convocations.
