Biography
Born in 1892 in Ivanovo-Voznesensk .
He graduated from the real school and chemical department of the Moscow Technical School (1917).
In the years 1915-1917. He participated in the design and construction of the urotropin plant, where he worked as the head of the chemical laboratory. In the years 1917-1919. participated in the design of the chemical-pharmaceutical plant, worked there as head of the analytical laboratory.
In the years 1919-1925. - Scientific Secretary of the State Institute of Clean Reagents.
Since 1923, at a scientific and teaching work at the Moscow Institute of Chemical Technology D.I. Mendeleev .
Since 1926 the head. Department of pyrogenic (since 1931 by-product coke) production, since 1946 the head. Department of Heat Engineering (later called the Department of Thermodynamics and Heat Engineering).
Also, starting in 1922, he taught at the Military High School of the Red Army Commanding Officers, at the Aerial Photogrammetric School, at the Higher School of Auxiliary Services of the Red Air Fleet, at the Higher School of Special Services of the Air Force, and headed the Department of Organic Substances Technology at a number of universities.
In 1937 he was awarded the degree of candidate of sciences without defending a dissertation. Doctor of Technical Sciences (1942), professor.
He was buried at the Novodevichy cemetery (6 site).
