Płonia ( Polish: Płonia , German: Plöne ) - a river in northwestern Poland , in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship , flows into Lake Dombe , which lies in the Odra delta.

The length is 72.6 km, the basin area is 1171.2 km² [1] .
The river begins on the Mysliborsk Lakeside in the landscape park Barlinek-Gorzow 1.5 km south of the city of Barlinek [1] . Almost immediately after the source, Barline Lake and the city of Barlinek flow. Below it flows in a north-westerly direction, Lake Plon and the large lake . In the upper course is fast, in the river bed; in front of Lake Plohn calms down. Between the lakes Plon and Medve the channel is canalized. The river flows into Lake Medve at its southeastern end, flows from the west in the middle of the lake [2] .
Actually Plonya does not have named tributaries, however, Govenitsa Medvyansk, Ostrovitsa and Medvyanka flow into Lake Medve, through which it flows [1] . In addition to Barlinek, a river flows through a number of small villages.
It flows into Lake Dombe in the suburbs of Szczecin [3] .
