Kuzina is a confectionery network operating in Russia and the USA . It was created in 2010 after changing the format of the network of the same-name dining rooms. The founders are Eric Shogren and Evgenia Golovkova. The head office is located in Novosibirsk .

History
The network was created by Russian-American entrepreneur Eric Shogren, founder of New York Pizza , together with Evgenia Golovkova. Initially, cousins in the free-flow format appeared under the Cousin brand, the first institution was opened in 2003 in Novosibirsk, then 4 more canteens appeared in the city [approx. 1] . But in 2008, during the economic crisis, the network stopped working [1] .
In 2010, the first Kuzina was opened in Novosibirsk in a new confectionery format. The design has changed: black began to prevail in the decoration, and the name began to be written in Latin letters [2] [3] .
In 2013, the company begins to work in Barnaul . Here one point opens on Lenin Avenue [4] .
In 2015, the first point appeared in Moscow , a new candy store opened near the metro station Airport [5] [6] .
In 2016, Eric Schogren buys Baker's Wife, located in the United States near Minneapolis . In 2017, the first American Kuzina appeared in the premises of the former Baker's Wife. Her discovery cost 5.5 million rubles. The new confectionery has become the 28th point of the network [7] [8] [9] .

The chain specializes in the sale of coffee , sandwiches and desserts . The company has its own production of confectionery products near the center of Novosibirsk, as well as in the USA.
