The Soviet-English Trade Agreement [1] is a document signed by Great Britain and the RSFSR on March 16, 1921 in London . On the part of Soviet Russia, the agreement was signed by the People's Commissar for Foreign Trade, L. B. Krasin , and on the part of Britain, Secretary of Commerce Robert S. Horn. The document is the first agreement concluded between the Soviet Republic and the large "capitalist" state; he “marked a breakthrough” in the economic blockade of the Bolshevik government [2] .
