Biography

Charles John Hay was born in Aberdeen , Scotland ^[1] ^[2] . My father was a diplomat, which is why Haye lived in ten countries as a child, including Australia , Laos , Thailand ^[3] ^[4] . He received a degree in philosophy and politics from the University of Southampton and a master 's degree in business administration from Open University ^[5] ^[6] ^[4] .

In 1987-1993 he served in the British Army ^[5] , in particular in the regiment of the Gordon Highlanders ^[7] , as well as in the ^[8] . April 13, 1991 received the rank of ^[9] , and April 10, 1993 was credited to the ^[10] . He was awarded .
