Biography
Born in the village of Gary in 1914. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1941.
Since 1929 - on economic, social and political work. In 1929 - 1968 - Head of cultural stores and Trade Departments, Secretary of the Sverdlovsk Regional Committee of the Komsomol on military work, 1st Secretary of the Brest Regional Committee of the Komsomol of Belarus, instructor of the Party Department of the CPSU Central Committee for the RSFSR, Secretary of the Stavropol Regional Committee of the CPSU, 1st Secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU Karachaev- Circassian Autonomous Region.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 6th and 7th convocations.
He died in 1991.
