Biography

Born in 1907 in the village of Popenki . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1938.

Since 1935 - on economic, social and political work. In 1935 - 1972 - at a literary work, in the Red Army, executive editor of the newspaper Moldova Sochialiste, secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Moldova, student of the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU, secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Moldova, head of the Department of the Council of Ministers of the Moldavian SSR, head of the Archival Directorate of SM SM SSR.

He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd and 4th convocations.

He died after 1985.
