Biography
Born in 1904. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931.
Since 1928 - on economic, social and political work. In 1928 - 1963 - Chairman of the Kzyl-Mazarsky, Garm regional executive committees, head of the School Department of the Stalinabad City Committee of the KP (b) of Tajikistan, secretary of the Dashtidzhumsky District Committee of the KP (b) of Tajikistan, people's commissary of the food industry of the Tajik SSR, 3rd secretary of the Central Committee of the KP (b) of Tajikistan, secretary Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Tajikistan for propaganda and agitation, 2nd secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Tajikistan, 1st secretary of the Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Tajikistan of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, at party and Soviet work in the Kazakh SSR, in the Central Committee KP Taj ikistana
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 1st and 2nd convocations.
He died in 1971 in Dushanbe.
