Biography

Born on December 6 (art. Art.) Of 1866 [1] in Yekaterinoslav [2] . By religion orthodox. Received home primary education, then graduated from infantry cadet school [1] .

In 1905 he served in the 276th Infantry Liman Regiment [1] . On April 12, 1906, the captain of the 276th Liman Infantry Regiment of the Dementiev was dismissed from service for the illness of a lieutenant colonel, with uniform and a pension [3] .

In November 1914, the vowel of the Upper Dnieper district zemstvo. Consisted at the 62nd militia squad, formed zemstvo in the city of Verkhnodniprovsk [4] .

In 1916, a friend of the chairman of the Ekaterinoslav Department of the All-Russian National Union [5] .

He was a candidate for the post of M. M. Alekseenko , who died on February 18, 1917 [6] . In connection with the beginning of the February revolution of 1917, he did not come to Petrograd and did not participate in the work of the State Duma of the fourth convocation . Formally considered a member of the State Duma from February 24, 1917. The de facto staff of the inactive State Duma continued to work, and as I. K. Kiryanov notes: “The State Duma’s Chancellery continued to scrupulously record all changes in the composition of the formally undissolved chamber. [...] A. Dementieva, who was supposed to take a deputy seat from the Ekaterinoslav Governorate instead of the deceased M. M. Alekseenko " [7] .

In Soviet times, it was registered by the Melitopol GPU as a former officer of the tsarist army [8] .

Details of the further fate and date of death are unknown.
