Biography
Born in 1910. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1943.
Since 1938 - on economic, social and political work. In 1938 - 1971 - Senior engineer-assistant of the People’s Commissariat of Railways of the USSR, senior foreman, workshop manager, chief of a thermal power plant, chief power engineer of the Norilsk Mining and Metallurgical Combine, director of a research institute, head of the Dalstroysnab trust, deputy chief of construction of the main Turkmen channel, head of equipment department USSR Ministry of Non-Ferrous Metallurgy, Deputy, 1st Deputy Chairman, Chairman of the CHX of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Administrative Region, m Minister of Energy and Electrification of the RSFSR, Head of Glavzavodspetsstroy.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 6th convocation.
He died in 1973.
