Biography

Born in 1904. Member of the CPSU (b). Member of the Soviet-Finnish war , awarded the Order of the Red Star [1] .

After graduating from the Vologda Dairy Institute in 1928, he worked as an instructor for the Raymaslosoyuz, head of the Glavmasloprom group, head of Glavmoloko, Glavsirprom, and deputy minister of industry of meat and dairy products of the RSFSR.

In 1954 - 1970 - Deputy Minister of Industry of meat and dairy products of the USSR, chairman of the economic council of the Stavropol Economic Administrative Region (from June 1, 1957 to May 13, 1958 and from February 27, 1960 to December 25, 1962) [2] , chairman of the State Production Committee of the RSFSR for the procurement of milk and dairy products (1963-1965), Minister of meat and dairy industry of the RSFSR.

Since 1970, while retired, he worked as the head of the All-Union Association “Meat and Milkzagranpostavka”.

He was awarded the Orders of Lenin, the October Revolution, the Red Star, the Red Banner of Labor, two orders of the Badge of Honor and many medals.

He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 7th convocation, a delegate to the XXII [3] and XXIII Congresses of the CPSU [4] .

He died in 1975. He was buried at the Vvedensky cemetery in Moscow.
