Biography
Born in 1901 in the village of Bekkho (now Samarkand). Member of the CPSU (b) since 1925.
Since 1925 - on economic, social and political work. In 1925 - 1972 - Manager of the Uzbekvino Trust, People’s Commissar of the Food Industry of the Uzbek SSR, Head of the Office of the NKVD in the Bukhara Region, 1st Secretary of the Organizational Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan in Namangan Region, 1st Secretary of the Namangan Regional Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Uzbekistan, 1 Secretary of the Bukhara Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Uzbekistan, Deputy Chairman, Inspector-Consultant of the Ferghana Regional Inter-collective farm Council on irrigation and land development in Central Ferghana.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd convocation.
He died in 1975 in Tashkent.
