Biography

Born in 1905 in the village of Kozhevennoye. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1928.

Since 1925 - on economic, social and political work. In 1925 - 1959 - Teacher at the Bedyarish School, Inspector of Public Education and Head of the Minsk District of the Urals Region, Secretary of the Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, Head of the Propaganda Department of the District Committee of the CPSU (B.), 1st Secretary of the District Committee of the CPSU Committee of the CPSU (b) for personnel, 1st Secretary of the Khanty-Mansiysk District Committee of the CPSU (b), First Secretary of the Romodanovsky District Committee of the CPSU (B.), Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Mordovian ASSR.

He was elected deputy of the 4th Supreme Soviet of the USSR.
