Experimental & Molecular Medicine ( EMM ) is an international monthly peer-reviewed open access journal ( Open Access ) that publishes the latest key advances in genetic, molecular and cellular studies of human physiology and disease, with particular attention to the clinical benefits of experimental and translational research conducted with using specific molecular tools. It covers cancer biology, immunology, neurology, cardiovascular diseases, genetics and genomics, gene therapy and stem cells, as well as regenerative medicine, etc. Founded in 1964, becoming the first South Korean biochemical journal, and since 1996 it has received a modern look .
