Biography
Born in 1906 in Moscow. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931.
Since 1926 - in economic, public and political work. In 1926 - 1952 - assistant to the district agronomist, cooperative agronomist of an agricultural credit partnership in the Bronnitsky district of the Moscow province, instructor of the Kolomna district collective farm Union, deputy executive editor of the journal “Horse breeding”, assistant, deputy director of the Pyatigorsk zootechnical institute for educational affairs, instructor of the School and Science Department of the North Caucasus Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), Secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) of the Circassian Autonomous Region for personnel, participant in the Great Patriotic War , Secretary of the Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Stavropol, 1st Secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU (b) of the Cherkess Autonomous Region.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 3rd convocation.
