Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1928. In 1928 he graduated from the Man'kovsky Agricultural College (Smolensk province). In 1931 - graduate student of the Moscow Scientific Research Institute of Agricultural Soil Science .

- 1931-1937 - Head of the graduate school of the Moscow Scientific Research Institute of Agricultural Soil Science, head of the graduate school department of the V. I. Lenin All-Union Academy of Agricultural Sciences,
- 1937-1941 - Head of the agricultural sector of the SNK of the RSFSR, deputy manager of affairs of the SNK of the RSFSR, secretary of the Economic Council of the RSFSR,
- 1941-1945 - Deputy People's Commissar of State Control of the RSFSR,
- 1945-1946 - First Deputy People's Commissar of State Control of the RSFSR,
- 1946-1949 - Deputy Minister of State Control of the RSFSR
- 1949-1953 - Minister of Forestry of the RSFSR.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 3rd convocation.
