Biography
Deputies of the II State Duma from the Vyatka province .

From the peasants of the village of Shadrichi, Oryol county, Vyatka province. Educated in a 2-year school. He worked as a teacher in the Zemstvo school. Engaged in agriculture.
On February 14, 1907 he was elected to the State Duma of the 2nd convocation from the general electors of the Vyatka Provincial Electoral Assembly. He joined the Labor Group and the faction of the Peasant Union . He was a member of the Duma commission on the inviolability of the person and the commission on public education.
Details of further fate are unknown.
He died in 1912.
