Content
Story
The series tells the story of a group of African-American students who face social injustice in a school where mostly whites study. Each episode except the final one revolves around different characters.

On Rotten Tomatoes, the series received 100% “freshness” based on 40 reviews with an average rating of 8.6 / 10, but the user rating was 65% [7] . On Metacritic, the series received 85 points out of a hundred based on the 21st review of critics demonstrating "universal acceptance"; user rating is 5/10 [8] .
