Childhood
Born July 11, 1951 in Kyrgyzstan, studied at school number 21 in Fergana.
Education
He graduated from the Physics Department of Moscow State University (1975, Department of Theoretical Physics) and graduate school, in 1978 he defended his thesis.
Activities
He worked at the Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (LTP) of the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) (Dubna): junior, senior (1983) and leading (1988) research fellow.
Doctor of physico-mathematical sciences (Thesis Factorization and hadron form factors in quantum chromodynamics - Dubna, 1987. - 354 p.).
Since 1991 he has been working in the USA, Virginia: CEBAF / Jefferson Lab - Senior Researcher, Old Dominion University - Professor.
