Born on September 5, 1920. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1951.
Since 1944 - on economic, social and political work. In 1944 - 1984 - Head of Department, Deputy Head of Workshop, Head of the Design Bureau, Department, Chief Engineer, Deputy Chief Designer of the Vladimir Tractor Plant, Chief Engineer of the Department of the National Economy of the Vladimir Economic Administrative Region, 2 nd Secretary of the Vladimir City Committee of the CPSU, 2 nd Secretary of the Vladimir Industrial Regional Committee CPSU, 1 st secretary of the Vladimir Municipal Committee of the CPSU, 2 nd secretary of the Vladimir Regional CPSU Committee, inspector of the CPSU Central Committee, Head of Sector and the Central Committee of the Communist Party, 2nd secretary of the CC CP of Tajikistan.
He was elected a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 7th convocation, the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 10th convocation.
