Biography

Born in a working class family. He began his career at the age of sixteen. He worked as a carpenter at the factory "Red Star" in the city of Elisavetgrad.

In 1924 - 1930 - a student of preparatory courses, a student at the Elisavetgrad (Zinovievsky) evening machine-building institute named after Lenin. He received a degree in mechanical engineering. Since 1930, he worked as an engineer at the Kiev Red Banner Plant Arsenal).

In 1930 - 1932 - in the Red Army.

Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931 .

In 1932–1937, he was a mechanical engineer, and in 1937–1938, he was the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the Kiev Red Banner Machine-Building Plant (Arsenal).

Since 1938 - Secretary of the Kirov District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the city of Kiev. Until September 1939 - 3rd Secretary of the Kiev City Committee of the Communist Party (b) U.

In September - November 1939 - Chairman of the Provisional Administration of the city of Lviv. In 1939 - June 1941 - Chairman of the Lviv City Council of Workers' Deputies.

At the beginning of the German-Soviet war, he was evacuated to the eastern regions of the USSR. Since November 1941 - in the Red Army. Member of the Great Patriotic War since June 1942. In 1942 he served as deputy chief of the political department of the 12th Army, in 1942 - November 1943 - deputy for the political part of the chief of staff of the 12th army, in November 1943 - 1945 - deputy for the political part of the chief of staff of the 12th army . He fought on the South-West, Bryansk, 3rd and 1st Ukrainian fronts.

In 1946 - December 1948 - 1st Secretary of the Stalin District Committee of the Communist Party (b) At the city of Lviv.

In December 1948 - January 1950 - Secretary of the Lviv City Committee of the CP (b) U. In January - September 1950, he was the 2nd secretary of the Lviv city committee of the Communist Party (b) U.

In February 1950 - February 9, 1954 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Lviv Regional Council of Workers' Deputies.

In 1954 - December 28, 1965 - Head of the Lviv Regional Directorate of Road Transport and Highways (Regional Directorate of Construction and Operation of Highways).

Since December 1965 - retired in Lviv.
