Alexey Petrovich Smolyannikov ( March 14, 1937 , the village of Lotikovo , now Slavyanoserbsky district of the Luhansk region ) is a Ukrainian political and economic activist. Biography
Born on March 14, 1937 in the village of Lotikovo in the Luhansk region . In 1962 he graduated from the Kiev Institute of Civil Aircraft Engineers, radio engineer, in 1977 - the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU.
In 1962 - 1963 - head of the laboratory of the Kiev Institute of Civil Air Fleet.
In 1963 - 1969 - engineer-technologist, at the same time - secretary of the Komsomol organization; Head of Testing Station; Deputy Head, Head of the workshop of the Kiev factory "Radiopribor".
Member of the CPSU since 1964 .
In 1969 - 1970 - deputy chief, head of the production department of the Kiev factory "Radiopribor". In 1970 - 1973 - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party of Kiev RadioPribor Plant.
In 1973 - 1974 - 2nd Secretary; in 1974 - 1977 - 1st Secretary of the Oktyabrsky District Committee of the Communist Party of Kyiv.
