Biography
In 1959 - 1962, he was a locksmith in the repair and mechanical workshop of the Dneprodzerzhinsky Car-Building Plant named after the newspaper Pravda.
In 1962 - 1965, he served in the Soviet Army.
Member of the CPSU since 1964 .
Since 1965 - locksmith of the new rolling shop, senior operator of the rolling mill of the Dnieper Dzerzhinsky Metallurgical Plant in the city of Dneprodzerzhinsk.
He graduated from the Dneprodzerzhinsky Industrial Institute named after Arsenichev.
In 1973 - 1977, he was the released secretary of the party organization of the rolling mill; in 1977 - 1979, he was the deputy secretary of the party committee of the Dzerzhinsky Dneprovsky Metallurgical Plant. In 1979 - 1980 - Deputy Head, Head of the section rolling shop of the Dzerzhinsky Dneprovsky Metallurgical Plant.
In 1980 - 1985 - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dnieper Dzerzhinsky Metallurgical Plant .
In 1985 - 1989 - 1st Secretary of the Dneprodzerzhinsky city committee of the Communist Party of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
