Nikolay Vasilyevich Bobyrev (born March 3, 1935 , now the Russian Federation ) - Soviet party leader, 1st secretary of the Nikolaev city committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR of the 11th convocation.

Biography
Member of the CPSU since 1959 .
In 1963 he graduated from the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute named after Admiral Makarov.
In 1963 - 1974 - assistant to the builder, builder, deputy secretary of the party committee, chief builder of the Nikolaev plant named after the 61st Communard. In 1974 - 1975 - the secretary of the party committee of the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Plant named after the 61st Communard.
In 1975 - 1983 - the 1st secretary of the Ship District Committee of the Communist Party of the city of Nikolaev.
In 1983 - 1987 - the 1st secretary of the Nikolaev city committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
Then - retired in the city of Nikolaev.
