Evgeny Aleksandrovich Matsegora ( 1929 - after 2000, the city of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region ) - Soviet party leader, general director of the Novokramatorsky engineering plant. Member of the Supreme Council of the Ukrainian SSR 10-11th convocations. Member of the Audit Commission of the Communist Party of Ukraine in 1976 - 1981; Candidate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine in February 1981 - October 1982; Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine in October 1982 - 1990.

Biography
In 1930 he moved with his family to the city of Kramatorsk. He graduated from the Kramatorsk Engineering College.
In 1948 - 1969 - assistant to the master of the tool workshop, foreman, site manager, workshop manager, chief technologist of the Novokramatorsky Machine-Building Plant named after Lenin .
In 1955 he joined the Communist Party.
Graduated from Kramatorsk Industrial Institute.
In 1969 - 1973 - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Novokramatorsky Machine-Building Plant named after Lenin.
In 1973 - 1977 - 1st Secretary of the Kramatorsk City Committee of the Communist Party of the Donetsk Region.
In 1977 - 1988 - General Director of the production association "Novokramatorsky Machine-Building Plant" of Donetsk region.
Since 1988 - retired.
