Biography
He worked as a shepherd, builder, restaurateur. He studied philosophy and religious studies at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem . She teaches literary skill.
Amir Ohr is the initiator and organizer of the Helicon Society for the Advancement of Poetry in Israel. Since 1990, this community publishes a poetic journal, books, conducts poetry festivals and trainings. Amir Ohr is the Israeli representative in the UN Poets for Peace project. [one]
Author of 12 books of poetry. Works by Ora translated into 45 languages.
