Biography
Since 1944, he served in the Soviet Army. Member of World War II.
Higher education. He graduated from the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute.
Since 1950 - master, technologist, senior master, senior designer, head of the bureau of technical control of a shipyard in the city of Molotovsk (Severodvinsk), Arkhangelsk region of the RSFSR.
Member of the CPSU since 1953 .
In 1959 - 1962 - head of department, deputy head of a special design bureau, secretary of the party organization of the Odessa Refrigeration Engineering Plant.
In 1962 - 1970 - Secretary, 2nd Secretary of the Illichivsk District Committee of the Communist Party of Odessa, Odessa, 1st Secretary of the Primorsky District Committee of the Communist Party of Odessa.
In 1970 - after 1977 - 1st Secretary of the Odessa City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine.
